GREATNATUREKIMBARA

Have you ever wanted to be part of something bigger than yourself? Right now, National Geographic has an amazing project cooking up—one that with YOUR help could break the Guinness Book of World Records’ record, for the world’s largest online photo database!

To participate all you have to do is take a snapshot of an animal and with the help of your parents upload it.

For more details, make a visit to the Kimbara Outback and simply look for the billboard titled “The Great Nature Project”. Click on it and a video of Dr. Tierney Thys will pop-up explaining all the specifics. Once the video is done you can use the billboard to scroll through dozens of awesome photos that have already been uploaded.

Remember, taking photos of house pets are fine, but don’t be afraid to go outside and explore—you just might be surprised at the critters you can find!  We encourage you to get creative and always ask an adult for help if needed.

Get to snapping, Jammers!
